Barry Chobotar is a graduate of both Laurentian University and Osgoode Hall Law School. Barry was called to the bar in 2002 and, prior to joining Henderon Structured Settlements LP, practiced in the field of Civil Litigation, specifically in the areas of personal injury and insurance defence matters. In 2011, Barry received the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant.

Barry has notable trial experience in the personal injury field as junior counsel on two of the largest known personal injury verdicts in Canadian history.

Barry has written articles and presented to lawyers, insurer representatives and health and insurance professionals across Canada on issues concerning structured settlements and personal injury law.
